As the song goes......"Mud mud glorious mud nothing quite like it for cooling the blood.."
Animals have been soaking in mud for thousands of years, for good health, to heal skin wounds and to cool the blood. Around the world there are large pockets of mud and mud lakes formed as a natural by product of ancient forests decomposed after the ice age.
The mineral rich mud is a product of the ancient forests rich in plant extracts and minerals able to be absorbed through your skin via the hundreds of sweat glands in your feet, thus having a positive effect on your body’s health and well being
Jurassic Mud is easy to use just follow these easy steps below or simply listen to hear me read the instrauctions to you.
2. Get your comfortable chair ready. Make sure your remote control, your book, your phone or whatever you need during your foot soak is there.
3. Place a dark coloured towel on the floor in front of your chair.
4.Take your basin and half fill it with warm water and add in one tablespoon of Jurassic Mud - 15mls.
(The mud will dissolve over time and with a little stirring.)
5. Place your mud basin on the dark towel.
6. Finish making your cup of tea and bring it with you to the chair.
7. Sit yourself down, shoes and socks off, pop your
feet in. (Your feet are going to feel lovely in your
slippers to-night).
8. After 45 minutes take you feet out and dry them off well. (Soaking for longer is abolutely fine).
9. Stand or walk for 10 - 15 minutes.
10. Repeat 3 - 5 times a week.
*. Pour your leftover contents of your Jurassic Mud footsoak on your roses, your shrubs, plants or flowers.
That’s it simple as that!
